YOU ARE CORDIALLY INVITED TO THIS WORKSHOP

The Objective of this Workshop is to convene the academic, civilian, and stakeholders communities to review lessons learned, scientific strategies, and identify gaps for the long term and future recovery process of Puerto Rico post-Hurricane Maria, as unique case for Islanded Communities. The workshop invites the university community, community leaders, industry and government representatives to attend and share their findings of the state of vulnerabilities, scientific approaches for enhanced resiliency, results up to now, gaps and open challenges with a forward looking perspective.

The workshop is organized by The City College of New York (CCNY), New York University (NYU), The University of Puerto Rico-Mayagüez (UPRM), and Arizona State University (ASU), and sponsored by the US National Science Foundation.
